The client asked CLAD to provide visualization for a potential project on an infill lot in urban San Diego.

The initial concept was designed as four modern luxury townhomes, each with separate entrances and multiple indoor/outdoor spaces and roof decks. The property slopes down from the street to the alley, allowing the parking to be tucked in below each home and out of sight.

The owner decided to sell the property with just the initial conceptual design and realized a six figure profit.
